Submissions will be reviewed by more than one reviewer and nominees will be selected from
the group of entries. Eris Nominees will be selected in a given category based upon the
number of submissions. Entries may only be submitted by entrants 18 years old and older.
Judging Process
Submissions will be reviewed and judged based on the Eris Judging Criteria. Winners will be
notified via email by December 31 2009. There may be multiple entries (or no entries) in
each category. We reserve the right not to honor Nominees in any category should the
quality of work not meet standards set by the judging criteria. At the judges sole discretion,
Eris judges reserve the right not to select a winner in any category.
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes, you may enter multiple categories as multiple categories allow for our reviewers to
evaluate your entry based on the parameters of each appropriate category, thus increasing
chances of winning.
What do I get if I win the Eris Award?
Eris Award Winners receive one official certificate and are allowed to utilize the Eris logo on
their materials or websites for a period of one year. Additional "Eris Winner" certificates may
be purchased. Nominees may purchase "Eris Nominee" certificates and will receive an icon for
their Websites as well. All Winners and Nominees will be included on the winners page of the
Eris Award site. Winners and Nominees may be included in Eris Award press releases.
Can I change my category?
No. Once an entry is submitted it may be reviewed at anytime in the process and therefore
no changes are allowed. Entrants may submit a new entry and pay the entry fee for the
category that they choose.
Can I receive a refund?
No. Once an entry is submitted there is no refund of the entry fee for any reason.
Payments are processed through Halcyon Enterprise Inc.
Do you rent the list of Eris entrants or Winners?
No. We do not rent or sell our entrant or winner lists.
Judging Criteria
All entries are judged on the content, structure, clarity and overall experience. In addition,
training program and training tools entries will be judged on visual appeal and innovation.
Entries that demonstrate practical application and strong potential for the participant and/or
